Salto Encantado

Salto Encantado is the most iconic waterfall in Misiones, with a 64-meter drop surrounded by the lush Missionary jungle. Located within the Salto Encantado Provincial Park in the Cuñá Pirú Valley, it is one of the most important tourist attractions in the province. The trail to the main viewpoint is of medium difficulty and offers spectacular views of the waterfall and surrounding vegetation. Guaraní legend tells that the waterfall was created by the love between a princess and a warrior.
